One Small Victory

A few years ago the quarterback for the University of Montana was accused of rape.  The university acted quickly and expelled him--after a full Title IX hearing of course.  Unfortunately, the quarterback was found not guilty in a criminal trail.  He then sued the university.  Today he settled that lawsuit for $245,000--a pittance of what he would have made had he been drafted into the NFL.

I think it is time we hold individuals engaged in these Title IX inquisitions personally accountable.
